华力兴创立于1996年，由同方威视技术股份有限公司和清华大学核能与新能源技术研究院共同组成，是一家以核检测技术为核心，致力于研发、生产、销售、服务的高科技企业。经过多年的发展，公司已成长为中国最具影响力的集装箱/车辆检查系统制造商之一。
依托于清华大学综合科研实力与人才优势和国家“九五”攻关重大科技成果，公司已研发、生产出各类集装箱、车辆射线辐射透视成像检查系统，自1999年开始已在国内外海关、港口、安保领域广泛装配，并成功应用于北京2008年奥运会物流园和比赛场馆的车辆安检。主要产品包括货物车辆检查设备、工业核测控产品、辐射监测、物品识别等系列产品。拥有多项国家专利和软件著作权，并通过ISO9001质量管理系统、ISO14001环境体系及OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系认证。
HLX, established in 1996, was jointly founded by both NUCTECH and Tsinghua University. HLX is a high-tech company with doing researching, developing, manufacturing, selling, and after-sales service for container/vehicle/cargo inspection system. With many years’ development, HLX has already been one of the most significant container/vehicle inspection system manufacturers.
Due to the comprehensive development strength of Tsinghua University and the National Key Technology Research and Development Program of China during the “Ninth Five-Year Plan”, HLX has developed and manufactured different kinds of container/vehicle inspection system. Since 1999 the equipment has widely installed in customs, port and safety protection area, and successfully been applied for vehicle inspection in 2008 Olympic Logistic park and game stadium. The major products include cargo vehicle inspection system, industrial nuclear measurement and control system, radiation monitoring, object recognition system and so on. HLX has many national patent and software copyright and passes ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO4001 Environmental System & OHSA18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.
